In Bertinoro, since 2004, we have been building not only coffee but also our production equipment.
This is because the only way to have no limits in the research we conduct to develop the finished product is to do it for the equipment we use as well; and perhaps this has been the real reason for our success.

Our method

How We Produce

Constant selection of varieties and origins

Each sample is evaluated and studied with different roasting curves; only after achieving the desired aromatic properties is it confirmed and purchased in large batches.

Controlled and constant roasting

Each variety or origin is then roasted in the production roaster, mirroring the roasting curve chosen in phase 01.

Storage in stainless steel silos

The coffee rests in stainless steel silos to release natural gases and achieve aromatic balance.

04

Mixing and Packaging

At the end of the maturation process, the single origins are dosed by our system to create the blends and then packaged in 1 kg resealable bags with a valve.
